We are delighted to welcome all teams to our inaugural Pro-Am in Bermuda for our Butterfield Tournament Experience Pro-Am in 2024. Following our amazing Dubai Pro-Am in January we are proud to list this event as our joint headline Pro-Am of 2024 with an amazing itinerary.

A must for any golf enthusiast looking to combine a tournament Pro-Am experience over some of the finest golf courses in the world and tickets for the Final Round of the PGA Tour Bermuda Butterfield Championship to watch the best players battle it out to become champion.

Our 54 Hole Pro-Am Tournament includes rounds over three iconic courses in Bermuda, a practice round over Belmont Hills and tournament rounds over Tuckers Point Golf Club and Port Royal Golf Club home to the PGA Tours Butterfield Bermuda Championship. We have secured the first available tee times to enjoy playing the course in Tournament Conditions just two days after watching the worlds best complete their final round.

We are proud to announce that our event will offer one of the biggest first prizes in Pro-Am Golf with the winner picking up a cool £10,000.00 for their efforts.

The Hole in One Club in association with Golfbreaks are delighted to announce this must play event, one practice round at Belmont Hills GC and a 54 Hole Pro-Am with one Round over Tuckers Point GC and two rounds over Port Royal GC.

Port Royal Golf Club

Port Royal Golf Course, host to the Butterfield Bermuda Championship, is widely considered one of the top tracks in Bermuda. It is not only renowned for its breathtaking seaside location, but also its challenging layout. Perched on the island’s picturesque south shore, this 18-hole championship course offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from every hole.

Designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., the enjoyable layout and pristine condition comes as no surprise. The course combines natural beauty with strategic design, testing golfers of all levels. The signature 16th hole, aptly named “Cliffs,” demands precise shots over the ocean with dramatic scenery to match, guaranteed to add an exhilarating touch to the tournament.

With meticulously manicured fairways, undulating greens, and stunning coastal vistas, Port Royal provides an unforgettable golfing experience in the heart of Bermuda’s scenic splendour.

Tuckers Point Golf Club

The challenging and scenic 18-hole, par-70 Tucker’s Point Golf Course was originally designed in 1932 by Charles H. Banks and enhanced in 2002 by Roger Rulewich, offering meticulous grooming for the ultimate in playability.

Traverse undulating fairways with elevated tees, while coping with the varying speed and direction of changeable winds. Take in dramatic water and overland views from multiple holes. Greens feature TifEagle, a Bermuda-grass hybrid that makes for a quick putting surface, while a practice facility includes a driving range, a 10,000-square-foot practice putting green, and a short-game area, making it a superb venue for our Pro-Am players.

Belmont Hills Golf Club

Designed in 2002 by renowned golf course architect Algie M. Pulley, Jr., the Belmont Hills Golf course is a magnificently-contoured showcase of Bermuda’s natural beauty. Featuring 6,100 yards of strategically laid out bunkers, multi-tiered greens and slender fairways, this world-class course offers a challenging test for players of all handicaps, making it ideal for our Practice Round.

History of the Butterfield Bermuda Championship
In 2019 the Butterfield Bermuda Championship debuted for the first time, becoming a significant event on the PGA Tour calendar. Sponsored by Butterfield, a leading financial institution in Bermuda, the championship quickly gained recognition for its world-class golfing experience and fantastic spectator atmosphere. Held at the scenic Port Royal Golf Course, the tournament has become a testament to Bermuda’s allure as a premier golfing destination.

A £4500.00 team deposit will secure your team place in to the event with the final balance due on or before the 1st September 2024.

Upon receipt of entry a written confirmation will be issued.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all insurance, and health requirements. It is your responsibility to check current regulations and if our company incurs fines or surcharges as a result of your negligence you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.

We accept responsibility for all parts of the event as described in our literature and agree to supply such to a reasonable standard. We accept responsibility for the acts and omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors (providing at the time they were carrying out work authorised by us). Except where loss and or damage to luggage or personal possessions are concerned, we highly recommend that personal travel insurance is obtained prior to the event to cover such damage. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of golf courses because of maintenance or climate, we will try to keep clients informed of the up-to-date conditions.

In the unlikely event of a complaint please notify us immediately, most issues are easily resolved whilst you are on an event. If the matter is not solved to your satisfaction then please write to HIO Events within 28 days of your return, we will not accept liability after this time.

You may cancel at any time but the instructions will only be valid if we are notified in writing.
